We apologize for the guilty delay, but the pressing commitments have prevented us from publishing this report on the Templo del Sol in Tarragona in Spain earlier.

Ours was a vacation last August. After two seasons in southern Spain we tried this camping resort just below Tarragona.

The location is enchanting, resting on one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain, that of El Torn. The village is basically a very well organized campsite with bungalows of various configurations, camping cars, restaurant, swimming pool, spa and various sports services inside; being located practically in the Mediterranean scrub, it always remains fresh even in the hottest periods; however the bungalows are equipped with air conditioning to overcome the problems of air conditioning. The organization is very good and nothing is left to chance.

Attendance is mainly from Spanish and northern European families with high French representation. The place is really ideal for a holiday of sun and sea without clothes, only in the common areas (restaurant, market and reception) you have to cover yourself, the beach is deep and beautiful. As for the swingers side though, we wouldn't know what to tell you. As often happens in these cases there are some swingers, but finding them among scattered families becomes a business. A couple of friends on a French website had recommended the right side of the beach to us, but apart from a couple of soft approaches, we didn't notice anything else and we gave up. As already experienced in Andalusia, it would be worthwhile to go to these places with some friendly couples and thus share a nice holiday. Nothing to report in the surrounding area: having planned to stop at Le Cap D'Agde for a few days on the return journey, we didn't even have the inspiration to look for some privé in the surroundings (there are a couple about 30 km from there).
