Last September 20th PLAN B was born, managed by Sascha, smart former owner of the Black Bulldog Bar (BBB), a brilliant commercial invention that I have discussed extensively HERE. The Plan is located in the Cita shopping center on the same floor but not far from the BBB, but in a quieter area.
The operation, obviously, was not without difficulty for the new venue that had to work hard to regain customers from a very successful venue that remained open under different management. A few weeks ago, also thanks to the fact that Sascha recreated the former BBB staff, Plan B finally started, even if a portion of customers remained in the BBB and now I believe that the two venues should divide what once belonged to one.
Plan B is a cross between a Swinger Meeting Point and a Club, very similar in idea to Peaches and Cream that I discussed HERE, with the advantage over the latter of being inside the Cita. The part outside has the first bar with comfortable sofas and tables for drinks, far from the bar counter. The environment is spacious and pleasant and the excellent quality of the cocktails combined with the right price and impeccable service replicate the winning characteristics of the BBB. There is also an internal area very suitable for the more intimate winter season with another bar and some tables, a small dance floor, the bathroom and a playroom with shower.
As I wrote at the beginning, Plan B is a really nice and well-run place, except for the fact that, despite the presence of many alerts prohibiting entry to single men, their presence is very tolerated (even in the internal part), which does not help to resolve the contradiction already inherent in the fact that Plan is a cross between a Point and a Club. I believe and hope that with the growing success of the place, in the short term we will be able to renounce at this additional source of revenue for an economically demanding management because it creates conflicting feelings among customers (on this point, the considerations already expressed HERE in the start-up phase of BBB are valid).
To conclude, even in this case, Sascha has made a happy choice because if he manages to make it take off completely, as it seems from the important presences and the fact that it is now much talked about in the swinger environment, it is a place to go every evening for pleasant encounters and to plan the rest of the night, but for sex it is better to go to one of the many swinger clubs in Playa del Ingles dedicated to it.
